Publication Ethics

This journal follows the ethical guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

For Authors

Authors must ensure that their submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere. All sources and references must be properly cited. Submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal is considered unethical and unacceptable.

For Editors

Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts objectively based solely on their academic merit and intellectual content, without discrimination regarding race, gender, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or other personal backgrounds of the authors. Editors must also maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts throughout the review and publication process.

For Reviewers

Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents. The review process should be conducted objectively, fairly, and professionally, supported by clear arguments without personal criticism toward the authors. Reviewers are also expected to identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the authors.
